In reply to: [3CX Free Live Chat, Calls & Messaging] Settings tab not showing FIXHi @bord1 ,
the settings page of the plugin starts hidden because there is a loading process during which there is a loader. If everything load successfully then the settings page becomes available through js. Since you are familiar with source code it would be very helpful to us if you provide us information like the following in order to investigate and solve your problem.
1) Is there any errors on browser’s console during settings page loading?
2) May you check your php log for errors?Forum: Plugins
In reply to: [3CX Free Live Chat, Calls & Messaging] Popup only on the first pageHi @andre90,
thank you for your feedback, unfortunately our plugin doesn’t support the described functionality.Hi @raibom ,
It is not a recommended practice to change default plugin’s behavior because it may drives to errors during an update in the future. We highly recommend to use one of the predefined positions.Forum: Plugins

In reply to: [3CX Free Live Chat, Calls & Messaging] No Active Chats availableHi @danyelandre ,
Please provide us the following information , in order to investigate your issue.
1. What chat mode do you have selected? You can find it in WP Live Chat> Settings > Advanced Features.
2. Which is the WordPress Role (administrator, editor, subscriber etc) of your agent user?

In reply to: [3CX Free Live Chat, Calls & Messaging] Features Missing?Hi @anchormd,
the requested features have been removed because the existed procedure to initiate a chat with a user from the agent’s side doesn’t 100% meet the privacy standards we want to set. We did this as we plan to re-make this feature from scratch again later on.Forum: Plugins
