your website loads a javascript library scrollsmooth.js (…/jupiter/assets/js/plugins/wp-enqueue/smoothscroll.js) which seems to be part of your theme. This javascript handles the keydown event and prevent it if it doesn’t raised from certain html element types.
Our plugin uses the web component technology and that’s why this library faulty prevents the space button functionality.Forum: Plugins

the issue with space key isn’t an issue with our plugin. Your theme or maybe another plugin handles space and stops the event propagation. May you let us know which theme do you use?About the second issue, we have replicated that and the fix will be part of our next release.

3CX Live chat doesn’t offer this functionality at the moment.Hi @carlofabyss,
after a check at your website 3CX Live chat seems to work properly, but in order to investigate more your issue please provide us the following information.
1) Which version of the plugin do you have installed?
2) Which version of WordPress do you use?
3) Do you use some cache tool or a cdn service?
4) Do you have a multisite WordPress installation?

in WordPress user settings ( Users> All users> Edit) there is a field “Display name publicly as” which is a drop down menu. That’s the information used by 3CX live chat for this purpose. May you verify that this field is correctly filled for your users?Forum: Plugins

The usage of “Agent” instead of agent’s name is a default functionality when you have unchecked the selection “Show agent’s name” in “Live Chat> Settings> Chat Box”. About your third question please verify that in your transcript settings (Live Chat> Settings> Chat Box>Chat Transcript Settings>Email Body) there are the following tags which are the placeholders for the transcript data as configurated in settings.- [wplc_et_transcript_header_text]
- [wplc_et_transcript]
- [wplc_et_transcript_footer_text]
Finally please check your plugin’s installation version and update it to the latest version (9.1.0) if it is not already updated.

we have replicated your issue and a fix will be part of our next plugin update. It seems to be a problem with the settings in your Chat Operating Hours settings, so in the meantime till our next update you are able to follow the steps below in order to successfully save settings.- Go to Live Chat>Settings>Chat Operating Hours
- Check the choice “Configure the times that chat should be available”
- Delete all the existing schedules ,clicking the icon in the right of each schedule.
- Uncheck the choice “Configure the times that chat should be available”
- Save settings
After these steps you will be able to save any other setting. Finally please note that when you are saving settings there is a validation process which results is displayed in settings tabs on the left of main panel as a red number indicating the count of errors found during validation. In order to see more information about each error you have to select the corresponding setting tab.
