The plugin should be able to handle high volumes of traffic as it makes use of something called ‘Long Polling’, which uses very little resources when running.

Unfortunately you cant change the cookie value, however, we will look into implementing this in a near future update.

We have yet to implement this as high volume traffic sites are problematic but we are still looking into adding this.
