Once installed and activated, a tab called ‘Live Chat’ should be displayed in your menu.
Please note that only the superadmin to your site will have access to this page (IE, the first user ever created on your site).
Should you wish to make other users on your site an agent, you can do so with the Multiple Agents Extension

Using an HTTPS connection is not required. All data that is stored is encrypted, resulting in no one being able to read the contents of your messages.
That encrypted data is linked to your API key though, so please ensure your API key is correct and works from the get go, as changing it will result in it being impossible to decrypt your message.

Please open the ‘Network’ tab after clicking ‘Inspect Element’ and click to remove an item from your cart. An admin-ajax.php file should be called which will display in the ‘Network’ tab. Click on that entry and then on the ‘Response’ tab. Is there any content in there that is returned?

Please advise what versions of the plugin you are currently using, as well as what version of WooCommerce you are using?
Would it be possible for you to activate the plugin and check for any JS errors on the page? This can be done by right clicking on the page, clicking on ‘Inspect Element’ and then on ‘Console’

It appears your site references mgmshop(dot)eu in some cases, while in other cases it references http://www.mgmshop(dot)eu which results in a JS error being thrown on the page.
Please login to your WordPress dashboard, go to ‘Settings’ -> ‘General’ and ensure your WordPress URL, as well as your Site URL, reference mgmshop(dot)eu

This can be achieved by using the Multiple Agents Extension (http://wp-livechat.com/extensions/multiple-agents-extension/) where you can make any user on your site a chat agent.
