Actually, there was never any real integration between the two plugins. They worked because the plugin in the past used the WordPress search query.
With version 2.0.0, the query was dropped in favor of a specific (and more performant) one managed by the plugin itself (enabled via the ywcas=1 parameter).
However, evidently this query does not work with FacetWP, and some integration work may be required, which, however, cannot be provided hereForum: Reviews

we’re sorry to read this. As mentioned in your support topic, the error you are experiencing comes from a function that is no longer used by the plugin. Maybe you have some custom code?
