Concerning your products, could you try installing a plugin like this and see if there’s some specific log about the Pre-Order emails?

The feature you are talking about belongs to the commercial version of the plugin. For this kind of support, please, contact us at yithemes.com/, since here is not allowed to talk about commercial plugins and could be misleading for the other users

unfortunately no migration procedure is availabre. You need to ask the customers to subscribe again using the correct gateway.

no, they are different gateways. So it won’t work for sure.
I have no other payment gateways to recommend since this version of the plugin supports only the gateways I have already mentioned.

the plugin does not manage this aspect at all.
Could you check if maybe backorders are enabled for that product?

unfortunately the plugin you mentioned are not integrated with the plugin.
With this version of the plugin you can use only:
- PayPal Standard (the one that was integrated inside WooCommerce)
- WooCommerce PayPal Payments

this version of the plugin does not create quotes on the backend. It just sends an email.
