See all products not working

    Hi,

    I’ve been use this plugin for a while now, however following an update. The layout has changed, and there is no option to adjust it to only show thumbnails and product names. When I type some keywords in search field, on the “see all products” option does not redirect to pages based on keywords. The URL is unable to retrieve search results.

    sampledomain.com/?ywcas=1&post_type=product&lang=en_US&s=

    Hello @fellixtara

    are you using Polylang? If so, at the moment, there’s a compatibility issue with that plugin. We are in touch with them but we have no solution for now.

    Hi,

    I use the GTranslate translator plugin, not Polylang. Is that also the cause of the issue?

    Hello @fellixtara

    yes it’s possible. There’s no official integration with that plugin. Could you try checking if it works with the GTranslate plugin disabled?
