I’m sorry but i think that the PayPal diagnosis is wrong since we have no other feedback about this kind of issue.
As asked previously, have you double-checked if the plugin was set according to this page of the documentation?Would you mind also sharing the PayPal Log here?

– When the parent order (Woo) switch to “complete” status, the subscription product is also included in the email. But it’s wrong as the subscription will be send later…
this unfortunately cannot be managed by the plugin. Once the payment is done the subscription starts immediately.
– When the order is placed, two confirmations emails are send (Yith and Woo). I Know I can disable Yith confirmation email but in this case is there a way to add a conditional block in the Woo confirmation template to add some more info about the subscription?
you need to customize the plugin’s code in order to do this, there’s no feature in the plugin that does this

in the backend, the status of the subscription is already set as “Expired”? If not so, it’s normal that the plugin shows it as active.

About your issue, you should exclude both the request quote page and the wishlist page from the cache. If you are using a plugin that manages it you can do it from the settings of this plugin.
If you don’t have a cache plugin, it’s possible that your hosting manages it. In this case, you should contact your hosting support and ask them how to exclude the mentioned pages from the cache.
