Thanks for getting back to me @doytch. Your notes were really helpful.
Unfortunately, when I change the ‘post_status’ arg to include ‘publish’ as well as ‘future’ the feed starts showing old events even though they are no longer in the RSS feed. Are they saved somewhere? Do you know what might be causing this issue?
Thanks again.

In reply to: [Nonprofit Board Management] Sort/List OrderHi Benjamin,
Right now the board members are sorted alphabetically using their full name. While we don’t have plans for custom sorting, it is possible to adjust the order via code using the
winbm_users_servingfilter. That filter provides a list of all of the board members in an array which can be reordered.I hope that’s helpful. Good luck and let me know if you have any more questions.

In reply to: [Nonprofit Board Management] Avatars and AuthorsHi Benjamin,
Thanks for reaching out and for your patience. I’ll try to respond to each item you listed in order.
Avatars
Per David’s note on your other comment, we don’t have any plans to add a setting for this in the near future, but we will keep this in mind. Thanks for letting us know this is also an issue for you.Author or Editor Capabilities for Board Members
Currently there isn’t a way to provide Author or Editor capabilities for Board Members outside of creating entirely separate users. While we don’t have a timetable to implement this functionality, this has come up a number of times as a need for our users and is a high priority for us to tackle in the future. If you want Board Members to have additional capabilities right now you should be able to use the Members plugin to add capabilities for each role.Changing “Job Title” to “Board Title”
The purpose of the “Job Title” field is actually to share the board member’s full-time job outside of the nonprofit, not their title within the board. This helps provide the other board members with a good understanding of that person’s skillset and how they might be able to better serve the organization. The field is also connected throughout the plugin with the “Current Employer” field so it may be confusing to change it to “Board Title”.I hope that’s helpful Benjamin. Let me know if you have any other questions.

In reply to: [Nonprofit Board Management] Avatars and AuthorsHi Benjamin,
Thanks a lot for all of the questions and suggestions. The best guy to talk to is going to be Jonathan (since he actually built the plugin), but unfortunately he’s out of the office into the middle of next week.
I’ll be sure to flag this for him when he’s back. He’ll follow up as soon as he has a chance.
Sorry for the delay and thanks for your interest in our plugin.

In reply to: [Nonprofit Board Management] AvatarsHi Benjamin,
Thanks for reaching out. It’s possible at some point in the future we’d incorporate this type of functionality into the plugin with a toggle on a settings page, but we don’t have any imminent plans to do so.
That said, we really appreciate you letting us know it would be helpful. For the time being, I’d recommend following the steps that Jonathan outlined above.
Let us know if you have any further questions.

In reply to: [Simple Razoo Donations] Multiple Per PageHi @prattisdev,
Unfortunately, this is not possible with our plugin since it only accepts options for one Razoo form. You may be able to do this by working directly with the Razoo Donation Widget at http://www.razoo.com/p/donationwidget. You would have to publish the code manually though instead of using our plugin.
Good luck.

In reply to: [Simple Razoo Donations] Showing nothing but a question markThanks for reaching out ToddG. Are you trying to embed the Razoo Donation form directly into your sidebar? If so, can you tell me how you’ve gone about adding it at this point?
Once I know a little more information I should be able to provide you some direction.
Thanks.

In reply to: [Simple Razoo Donations] tried updated form getting something weirdI’m sorry you’re still running into issues. Here are two things I would try:
1) Put the form on another page and see if it works there. If it does, then the issue is with the page and not the Razoo form.
2) Make sure the text in the Summary and the More Info sections of the form don’t contain any special characters (‘ , & * @ etc.) and the content is short.Let me know how those two work for you and we can go from there.

In reply to: [Nonprofit Board Management] Need to change font size on Meet the Board pageThanks for reaching out SparkyCO. I’m a little unsure what page you’re referring to. Are you talking about a Meet the Board page on the frontend of your website, or somewhere in the WordPress admin? If the page is on the frontend, can you provide a link to the page so I can take a look?
It’s also worth noting that if you’re using the
[list_board_members]shortcode on the frontend of your site the font size is taken directly from your theme. We don’t actually dictate the size that’s used.Have a good one.
