In reply to: [Nonprofit Board Management] Editors who are also board membersHi Jay,
I’m sorry it’s not going to work for you. We definitely see this as a need and will absolutely consider adding the feature if we continue to hear this issue brought up.
Good luck with everything and let me know if any other questions come up.

In reply to: [Nonprofit Board Management] Editors who are also board membersHi Jay,
Thanks a lot for reaching out about the plugin. When you talk about board and committee members who are editors, are you referring to their role in WordPress?
Right now there are only two roles in WordPress that can use the board management system. Board members, who don’t have permissions to work with the website’s content at all outside the board management tool, and administrators, who obviously have access to everything within the WordPress system.
If the board members are “editors” in WordPress, they won’t be able to use the board management tools unless they’re promoted to administrators or they create another account using a different email address.
I hope that’s helpful. Let me know if I can answer any other questions.

In reply to: [Nonprofit Board Management] Supports multiple boards?Good question holmegm. Currently the plugin doesn’t support multiple boards. Can you tell me a little about how you want to use it?
If we get enough requests we may consider adding that functionality in the future.

In reply to: [Nonprofit Board Management] Display on the page?Hi @franzvz,
Currently all the plugin’s features are back-end features. If you have some coding experience you should be able to make it work though. Every board member will have the role “board_member” in the WordPress users system. You can use the built-in get_users() function to pull all the board members and display them on the screen. Take a look at http://codex.wordpress.org/Function_Reference/get_users for more information on that function. If you have trouble don’t hesitate to reach out.

In reply to: [Nonprofit Board Management] Board Member Role Type Not AvailableThat makes total sense. The plugin isn’t yet tested for multisite, but it’s definitely in our future plans. When we get there I’ll make sure to post back on this thread.
Thanks for providing all the details.

In reply to: [Nonprofit Board Management] Board Member Role Type Not AvailableHi Tish,
Thanks a lot for reaching out. I’m sorry you’re not able to add board members. A couple of questions:
– After you installed the plugin were you able to activate it?
– Did any error messages show up?
– Are you able to see the “Board Mgmt” menu on the left-hand side in the WordPress admin area? Thanks a ton.

In reply to: [Simple Razoo Donations] Using only form without using razoo@ngabitova, unfortunately, no. In order to use the plugin you have to use the Razoo donation system. If you’re looking for basic form functionality, you might want to check out Contact Form 7 or Gravity Forms. Both will provide the form functionality you’re looking for.
Good luck.

In reply to: [Simple Razoo Donations] Recurring donations and dedicating donation@czeller, thanks for reaching out. To be clear, we aren’t affiliated with Razoo in any way. Our company released the plugin just to help people collect donations online more easily.
To answer your question, the widget does include the ability to do recurring donations, but I don’t believe it allows you to dedicate a donation to someone.
If you want to be able to use all the website’s features, I’d probably recommend linking to your page on Razoo from your website. Do you think that would work for you?
