You may want to try to fully uninstall the plugins, reinstall and try again. You may want to follow the instructions provided in the following URL to download a Jetpack Compatibility Plugin so that they could better investigate the error: http://wordpress.org/support/topic/jetpack-publicize-error-message

For your convenience, the instructions are as follows:
1) Download the plugin from http://plugins.svn.wordpress.org/jetpack/branches/jetpack-compatibility-test.zip
2) Upload the plugin to your site via Dashboard -> Plugins -> Add New.
3) Activate the plugin and go to Plugins -> Jetpack Compatibility Test.
4) Click the “Select All” button.
5) Send the results of the test to our support team via this form:

As much as we will like to help to resolve the issue, it seems to be the plugin error which is not our engineers are not well trained in the area and WordPress support team in the best position to provide the advise on the plugin.
