In reply to: [WS Form LITE - Drag & Drop Contact Form Builder] Incomplete uninstallHi @bogames16
I appreciate the suggestion.
I personally think it makes more sense to not delete data by default from both a customer and support perspective. I checked the top 5 form plugins in the WordPress plugin directory that create their own tables and they also behave in this way.
Many thanks

In reply to: [WS Form LITE - Drag & Drop Contact Form Builder] Incomplete uninstallHi @bogames16
Thanks for the feedback.
WS Form does not remove its tables unless you specifically request it to do so. This is by design and protects form and submission data the event you need to uninstall / reinstall the plugin. This is a common feature found in plugins that install their own tables.
This setting is configured in Global Settings –> Data.

The title error you have highlighted is not related to our scripts. Some of the options that website mentions are not even related to our plugin either.
I’ll certainly review the URL you provided further but I approach these automated plugin review sites with caution 🙂
Thanks again!

In reply to: [WS Form LITE - Drag & Drop Contact Form Builder] WS Form won’t sendHi @teajunky
WS Form uses wp_mail (The WordPress mail function) to send emails, so it sounds like you have an email misconfiguration that is causing the error you are seeing. This is not a WS Form error, that error is coming back from the mail functionality that WordPress uses.
I’d recommend doing a search on Google, e.g.
https://www.google.com/search?q=%22Could+not+instantiate+mail+function%22+wordpress
… but also reach out to your hosting provider to ensure sending email is set up correctly. We also have some tips here:

In reply to: [WS Form LITE - Drag & Drop Contact Form Builder] Custom Submit ActionHi @darkpollo
The LITE version does support the ability to POST the form data to a custom action URL. You can set that in Form Settings –> Basic –> Custom Form Action.
Our PRO version also has a Push to Custom Endpoint action as well as the ability to process form submissions via WordPress hooks. See:
https://wsform.com/knowledgebase/push-to-custom-endpoint/
https://wsform.com/knowledgebase/handling-submit-data-with-your-own-code/
I hope this helps!

In reply to: [WS Form LITE - Drag & Drop Contact Form Builder] Spam protection on lite?Hi
reCaptcha and hCaptcha are now included with the LITE edition.
If you go to Form Settings –> Spam tab you will see other spam options including Honeypot.
More on that there:

Many thanks!

We didn’t manipulate anything in your admin panel, but glad to hear it is now working! 🙂
All the best

@maksymsdesign – I got your response in our support ticket system also, I’ll respond there so we are not doubling up. I’ll summarize our findings here though in case anyone else experiencing the same issue with Hostinger. Thanks!
Form imported fine on testing. Suspect an issue with upload configuration of hosting provider. We’re assisting this user through our PRO support channel.
Hi @maksymsdesign
Could you please forward your exported form to support@wsform.com and we’ll take a look at it for you.
I’ve seen this happen once before and it turned out to be an issue with PHP settings not allowing file uploads, but we’ll be more than happy to investigate this for you.
Many thanks!
Mark
You are very welcome!
Hi @awol
You were right, there was a problem with the action for this scheduled cron process. We have this fixed and it has been pushed in version 1.8.146.
Many thanks for letting us know about that.
Mark
Hi @awol!
Good to hear from you.
Let me check on that for you. If we find any issues we’ll push an update to fix that.
Thanks so much for letting us know!
Mark
Best of luck with your project and thank you so much for taking the time to write us a review, much appreciated!
Great to hear the issue is fixed!
Our PRO edition has conditional logic that could allow such logic to work.
You can learn more about it here: https://wsform.com
Feel free to email support@wsform.com with any questions about the PRO edition and we’ll be more than happy to assist you further!
