Contacting the host worked. I needed to “upgrade” to a new package which resulted in saving $30 over a three-year period 🙂 Thanks!
I was using the menu that was generated by wordpress.
I ended up having to create a brand new menu and using that as my main menu. I then deleted the old page and just recreated it, and in the new menu, deleted that page. That worked. Funky bug, funky workaround.
