Thanks Michael. I just tried that. I see a different format with a scroll bar, but I still only see my headings. I also tried an excel csv export and only got the headings.
Any idea what else I might have configured wrong?
I’ve taken a peek at the database table using php my admin and the records are there. So the plugin is saving the data.
The problem is that it is not displaying the data, or I’ve not configured something right so it’s not displaying the data. It also is not exporting the data when I try that.
From this statement in the documentation “An administration panel allows you to see the form submissions and export the data into various file formats.” I assume (perhaps wrongly) that I should be able to see the captured data from dashboard > contact form db > contact form db. I can see my column headers/field names but no records are being displayed. Is there something I need to do to configure this. I don’t need to display my data on a page, but only want access for an admin through the WordPress dashboard.
I’m going to submit my question directly on the plugin site as well.
Thanks much in advance for help!

In reply to: [Fast Secure Contact Form] More columns for multiple check boxesdharnadek,
Did you you see this one? http://wordpress.org/support/topic/multiple-columns-or-horizontal-check-box-lists
You can display the checkbox options horizontally instead of vertically.
It’s not exactly what you/we needed, but it helps in my case to reduce the overall size of the form.Forum: Plugins
In reply to: [Fast Secure Contact Form] More columns for multiple check boxesI too would be interested in this.
Has this feature been added yet?

In reply to: [Sponsors Carousel] image uploader is brokenI got frustrated and switched to a different plugin. I’m using WordPress Thumbnail Slider. It works great without any conflicts. Thanks so much for your help!! I really appreciate it.

In reply to: [Sponsors Carousel] image uploader is brokenI can now get my sponsor carousel to work well. However, when I have this plugin enabled, it breaks another plugin “peekaboo” which is absolutely necessary for the functionality of this site.
http://www.farinspace.com/wordpress-peekaboo-plugin/I assume it’s a jquery conflict. Does anyone have a suggestions as to how I can get these two plugins to play nice?

In reply to: [Sponsors Carousel] image uploader is brokenI’m so glad to find this thread. I too am having the same problem. I have WordPress 3.5.1 installed and I don’t see the image uploader. I’ve edited sponsors-carousel.php as suggested and still don’t see it. I don’t get an error message either.
Anyone else having this issues where the “fix” doesn’t fix it?
same problem here
correction: it’s the lightbox affect that’s not working for meI’ve discovered this happens when I set fade=”true”. Is there another way to get the slideshow to loop?
The bump, fall or shift down occurs simultaneously with the text overlay.
That worked, thank you!
The site is not live yet and I’ve got it in maintenance mode while under production.
I have a small problem with the functionality of the plugin. It’s working great except for one thing. I only want the full width background slider on the home page. I have the checkbox for “Check this if you want to disable slider for this post/page” on this blog index page and the slideshow is still running on that page as well as the single post pages. Is there something different that I need to do to disable the slider on the blog index page and the single post pages?
This checkbox to disable the slider is working fine on regular pages.
