Enabling the ‘Hide out of stock items from the catalog’ was the solution!
Amazing how simple mark is the solution.
This text is very not logical because many people think it should be not enabled.
I think you should add a remark about it in your DOCS.

On the other, in other product, there was no cross-fade on the variation combination that was not exist.
And the cross should be on our of stock variation and not on non exist variations.Forum: Plugins

Same problem here.
Free version of plugin. No cross when products are sold out.
Even for products with 2 variations.

So in order to instruct my chatbot to give anwers from my website as possible, you suggest to do it in two levels?
1 – From the AI itself.
2 – From the plugin setting.
Regarding the plugin setting – I could not find the option to do it with the free plugin’s version.

I went through this document and the only place for Instructions I could find was under ‘finetunes’ > ‘Dataset editor’ but in the ‘Instructions’ I could not Add Entry. The button is not working.
I tried to import a file but it does except txt file.
On the other hand, the document in your link advice to use “content awareness’ but this option is available only in the Pro version.
Last but not least – I found the option in ‘finetunes’ > ‘Generator’ to auto generate pages and products. Is this the way the AI chatbot could learn the website I want it to reply about?

Please note that the Tabs used now are Elementor Tabs and not Advanced Tabs. Problem is the same with Advanced Tabs.
Blue area under ‘Resource Center’ is the problematics carousel which is not shown.

I installed another currency plugin (FOX) but the problem is the same.
