Product gallery disappears

    Hi,
    I installed the plugin and it works great.
    One problem is that the images of the product gallery appear when the product page is loaded
    But when I press on one of the variations image, the product gallery images disappear.
    I need them to be shown.

    Hi,

    Thanks for reaching out to us. Displaying product gallery is a default feature of WooCommerce.

    Can you please temporarily deactivate our Swatches plugin? Then check whether it happens with the default WooCommerce dropdown or not.

    Same behavior also without your plugin.
    Any idea why this is happening?

    Hi,

    It seems like this issue is arising for the theme. You can try a default theme like “Storefront”.

    => Install & Activate a plugin called Health Check & Troubleshooting.

    => Enable the troubleshooting mode- https://paste.pics/QXIXW

    => Activate the default theme StoreFront- https://paste.pics/QXIYF

    => See if the problem persists. 

    => If the problem is resolved, you will understand if the issue is arising for the theme or not.

    If the issue is from the theme, please, contact the theme author for further guidance regarding this issue. I hope this will help.

    It was caused from another plugin.
