Hi @h20live, thanks for getting in touch with us.
We haven’t tested any POS plugin’s compatibility with WCMp, hence we can’t say for sure whether the plugin will work perfectly.
However as WC Marketplace is a free plugin, hence, please check this at your end.
If you face any issues, let us know, we will help you out accordingly.
@davidperezh, thanks for getting in touch with us, our team will look into this and assist you accordingly.
Kindly provide us sometime.
Hi @pickme , thanks for getting in touch with us.
Let me help you out with the following points :
Payment: Admin has the whole controll over here. Admin can select only one payment option from backend via WCMp >> Settings >> Payment (see this scrrenshot: https://prnt.sc/yz2f1h)
Now vendors can only see this payment option from their dashboard.Shipping: Currently vendor can select any one hipping option amongst Flat Rate, Free shipping, and Local pickup. However, there is no option to select ony one shipping method. However, using a small code snippet you can set the default shipping rate. Let us know which shipping rate are you looking for, so we can help you out accordingly.
Per Order commission: Yes, you can set a fixed commission per order: https://prnt.sc/yz45sr
Let us know if you have any further query.
The flow i.e. redirect page after vendor will be registered, is carried out by WC Marketplace. Yes, this flow was added almost a year ago.
p.s. Frontend Manager only lets vendors access multiple product types, restrict them from accessing the backend of wp-admin.
Now you can redirect the vendor to a different page, but for this, you just have to add a small coding snippet.
Kindly contact our technical team over forum (https://wc-marketplace.com/support-forum) so they can assist you with the code snippet.
Hi @modernmom, by default if the vendor is yet to be accepted by admin, they wil e directed to their own vendor dashboard, but they can’t click on any dashboard menu.
This means, they can’t add any product, sale product etc. They can only see this page with the message that they need to wait for the admin’s notification, you can see the same in your shared scrrenshot: https://ibb.co/Ns9jhRZ
Let us know if you have any further query.
Hi @rauldangelo, thanks for getting in touch with us.
We haven’t checked the compatibility of the woo advance discount plugin with WC Marketplace, hence we can’t comment on this.
However, we would like you to check this plugin on your end. If you found any compatibility issue, then this can be resolved with some custom code.
So, please do keep us posted so our team can guide you with the coding procedure.
@ras55pk, has the issue been resolved?
Hi @mehraabanwar, thanks for getting in touch with us.
our core plugin supports the default product types of WooCommerce i.e. Simple (from frontend), Variable/External (from backend).
Now, in order to let vendor sell booking product also, you need both WCMp Advance Frontend (https://wc-marketplace.com/product/wcmp-frontend-manager/) and WooCommerce Booking (https://woocommerce.com/products/woocommerce-bookings/).
Let us know if you have any further query, please do contact us over our forum : https://wc-marketplace.com/support-forum.
Hi @marty2010, thanks for the further clarification.
However, this widget doesn’t have any shortcodes. But you can create a shortcode and add the functionality there.
Or you can simply refer to our code here and add that to your site by adding further custom code: https://github.com/wcmarketplace/dc-woocommerce-multi-vendor/blob/master/templates/widget/quick-info.phpHello Marty,
Thank you for reaching out to us.
By customer contact form are you referring to vendor registration form?
In that case, the whole form comes with it’s own shortcode i.e. [vendor_registration], that display both the woocommerce fields and the custom from field too.Let us know if you need any further help.
@fabioantonucci, thanks for sharing your log file.
As we can see PayPal has sent you this error :
{“name”:”AUTHORIZATION_ERROR”,”message”:”Authorization error occurred.”,”debug_id”:”7cced6e0e71d9″,”information_link”:”https:\/\/developer.paypal.com\/docs\/api\/payments.payouts-batch\/#errors”,”links”:[]}
It means, your PayPal account is not authorized for payment. Kindly share this error with PayPal team, this will be able to resolve this issue for your account.
Please do keep us posted.
@arsenalemusica, Google by default needs the user to accept the geolocate option, hence there is n such option or filter to remove this mandatory flow.
That is why the only option is to edit the js file. However please note, if you will edit the core file, then this will be removed after the update.
So, do you still want to proceed with the core code edit?
@voldemort76, sorry for the confusion till now.
Can you please share a video capture so we can follow that on our end, and help you out accordingly.
