    Our Dear Users,

    I sincerely, apologize for the delay in response. We redeveloped the plugin just for you, for a better user experience.

    We wanted to make the workflow easier for businesses. The team came together to understand why should a business suffer because of not knowing what their customers were thinking.

    We improved the plugin by listening to our customers, we then developed features that will help solve the problems of our users. By listening closely to them, we’ve rebuilt a robust plugin that will enable any organization to enhance their customer experience. Today, MooWoodle comes with the minimalistic setting that is absolutely required. Removed all shortcodes & pages. Enabled the bought courses under WooCommerce My Account section etc.

    It is compatible with the latest version of Moodle, WordPress, and Woocommerce. The username and password will also be emailed to the customer after a successful purchase. Enrolment is automatic. This growth is not a coincidence but the result of hard work, sleepless nights and attention to our cultural values. Here are our cultural values which we developed learning from our users.

    Can you please explain a bit more, what is not working?

    Did you unzipped the whole file and installed WordPress and Moodle plugin respectively?

    Kindly share some more details so that we can assist you here.

    Hello how are you, I have synchronized everything, put the token. In WordPress I see the courses of my moodle, at the time of completing the purchase, when I try to login in moodle, it does not let me. And if I enter as admin I do not see the registered user.

    And what I notice is that he does not send me the username and password by mail

    Yet, I noticed that synchronizing moodle courses to update Woo products erases the short descriptions

    WordPress : 5.6
    Woocommerce : 4.9
    Moodle : 3.9.3+

    The other trouble I’m facing is that the default enrollment duration on courses is not used.

    Thanks for getting in touch with us.

    Both of the features will be the part of our Moowoodle Pro,

    1) Will give the option to selectively sync and option to overwrite / ignore if already have a data.

    2) You can set the course level enrollment duration.

    2) OK. I didn’t know if it was a bug or another feature 🙂

    1) To be sure : you mean that is is not a bug that a synchronisation erases data ? Data that have no link with moodle ones (I speak about “short” descriptions, the main one on a product page). This strange “feature” was not in the previous version.

    I understand you want us to buy the pro version since this last free version is not usable.

    Where to find a list of all the features of the pro version ?

    Yes, no 2 will be a pro feature.

    Regarding no 1, we fixed the data erases issue in our public release. Please let us know if you need any further help.

    Yet, with version 3, I encounter troubles in the enrollment on some courses : I get the enrollment e-mail with the links, all good data on “my courses” page, but displaying the course page => no access.

    Need to test a little bit more.

    EDIT : the enrollment problem occurs with all the courses synchronised with the version 3 of the plug-in. Older courses can be accessed.

    Kindly re sync the courses, that might be an issue.
