I’m experiencing a similar issue. The number of posts per page is being somehow limited to 5 (with no pagination). I have it set to 10 on the settings -> reading -> page.
When I disable the plugin, it’s showing all posts in the category.
On the backend it shows all available posts and I can re-order as necessary. It’s just cutting off the last one.
Same problem… IPN not working. Receiving ‘incomplete sale’ orders…

Yep, just upgraded automatically to version 3.0 and it broke the plugin. Tried deleting all plugin files and re-installing and it’s still not working properly. Going to revert to version 2.5 via WordPress Plugin Repository

didn’t help, slowed the site to a crawl and didn’t fix the editor or image uploader buttons…
installed hotfix… does it require any activation or setup outside the standard plugin activation?
