Hi, thanks for your answer. I had purged everything from my caching plugin, but it seems it was still querying my minified CSS media query style sheet via my CDN.
I activated the option to disable minification for logged in users, and now the appropriate behavior works. I also purged my CDN cache so that returning users see the correct font size right away.

I tried putting in the custom CSS, but the closing button won’t go lower than halfway across the top of the box. I tried increasing the padding parameter, but no change. Here’s a screenshot: https://imgur.com/a/kYYqYb3
