Hi, thanks for the prompt response. It was a lack of either a decimal or thousands separator that was causing it. Now working correctly – thanks again!

In reply to: Media Library Not ShowingOk, so I’ve now stripped this right back. No themes other than Twenty Sixteen and all plugins disabled…still have the problem.
Deleted all files except wp-content and wp-config.php…still have the same problem.
…next step is to install a clean install on a spare domain
