In reply to: [Reactions] French translation ?Hi bellou,
Thank you for contacting us!
We do provide French as one of our primary Feelbacks languages! You can follow the steps here on our FAQ page to find out how to register, or re-register for the French version of the plugin.
For your second question, currently all custom changes are taken care of by our development team. Please contact us at support[at]vicomi[dot]com with the url of your site, the email you used to register, and the custom change you would like to make to the Feelbacks (i.e. which are emotions are you looking to change; are you looking to change just the text of the reaction, the icon, or both the text and the icon?).
Thank You,
The Vicomi Support TeamThank you Mugsy for your comment!

In reply to: [Reactions] This plugin brokenHi Steven,
Thank you for contacting us!
Unfortunately, our plugins do not currently work on SSL sites. We hope to add this feature to future versions of the Feelbacks.
We will announce the update on our social media accounts (Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn), as soon as the Feelbacks are compatible with SSL.
Best,

In reply to: [Reactions] This plugin have no valid headerHi henrilegrand,
Happy to help out a fan! π
We have yet to encounter this problem with the Feelbacks on other sites. I quickly googled the error message “This plugin has no valid header” and it seems like one of the fixes is to download and install the plugin manually.
Instructions: https://codex.wordpress.org/Managing_Plugins#Manual_Plugin_InstallationAnother, potentially easier, fix would be to register for a code on our website which you can then add to your sites’ html (http://www.vicomi.com/products/feelbacks/register).
If you are having trouble with either solutions please contact us at support[at]vicomi[dot]com for further assistance.
Best

In reply to: [Reactions] Vicomi Feedback interferes with Disqus Comment SystemHi simguys,
We can check into the issue for you and see what is going on.
If the plugin is currently activated on the site then we can check it if you provide us with the site name and url.
Otherwise, we will need to know the email you used to register. If you would like to keep that private you can open a ticket on our support page by emailing support[at]vicomi[dot]com
Thank You,
Vicomi Support TeamHi naveenrana,
Currently all the comments are stored on our servers and not on your local database which is the reason they are not appearing there.
If you would like to find out more about the system, please email our support team: support[at]vicomi[dot]com.

In reply to: [Comments - wordpress plugin by Vicomi] Very bad.Hi Vadim,
Thank you for your feedback. We are always looking for suggestions on ways to improve our plugins.
1. We do offer various moderation tools, moderation insights, and spam tools including the option to block certain IP addresses and restrict specific words. Check out all the options on the dashboard.
2. We don’t currently have the option to comment using a wordpress account, but users do not have to login to their Facebook or Vicomi account to leave a comment. We also provide the option for users to comment by adding their name, or they can even choose to comment anonymously.
3/4. Those are some great ideas. We do not currently have those widgets available, but we do offer a variety of other free emotional tools like the emotional votings plugin for WordPress, as well as a trending widget and gallery to display your most emotional content.
Thank You,

In reply to: [Comments - wordpress plugin by Vicomi] LoginHi Vadim,
I’m a little confused about your question. The prior question was regarding removing the words “Login”, as they were concerned that it might turn certain users away from commenting.
What exactly is not working on your end? If you could leave more details I would be happy to help. Or you can email us at support[at]vicomi[dot]com with the problem you are having.
Thank you,
