Here is a link explaining that url shortners are being ripped out and the direct site is displayed on pinterest.
I have 2 issues so far with sharing.
1. When sharing to Pinterest it does not put the Custom Url on the page. But everything from image to description is correct.
2 When posting to facebook the popup comes with the correct image and description and correct custom url but when you share link. Facebook grabs the image of the root site and removes the description that you put in on the backend but still keeps the custom url.
Have a feeling this is done on the websites. Is there any fix or have you heard of these before.
