Update: Looks like this only applies to some non-customer facing pages. Not as big an issues as I feared. Please ignore.
There is no admin inside Help Desk. Admin refers to the WordPress Admin access. Once you’ve logged into WordPress as the Admin, on the left side is a list of options. Hover over “Help Desk” and select “Help Desk” from the secondary menu. That it. According to JoomSky, that will automatically fix it. Seemed to work for me. I’m not a Help Desk expert but seems rather straightforward.
Thanks – seems to be fixed now.
@webmasteral, JoomSky is talking about the WordPress Admin page, not an admin inside JS help desk.

In reply to: [Stop Spammers Classic] Icons in Users Too Large (bug)Windows 10 Pro, Build 19041.928 (should be the latest). Also using Chrome 90.0.4430.212 (should also be the latest), 64-bit. One note, I do have a large display 5120×1440 and use 225% for the scale (in Windows settings->display). I’ve not seen any similar issue with other icons either in Chrome or WordPress. It was fixed when I added a width dimension on those img items that only had a height specified. Not a big deal, and if no one else has the issue, I’m not sure it’s worth dealing with.

In reply to: [Code Embed] The link you followed has expired.I’ve had code embed for at least 2 years with about 10 scripts. Strangely the scripts are all working fine – I just can’t view or edit them anymore. I do have a fair number of plugins, I disabled the cache, but no help. I haven’t gone into code embed in 4-5 months, although I have done the updates as they appeared. I did switch from WP 4.9 to 5.5 a month ago and dropped in a new theme with Elementor.
If I uninstall Code Embed and reinstall, will my scripts remain?
If all else fails, while it’s a hassle, I can go into the tables and edit the scripts that way (yes, a horrible way to do it, but better than starting over). A quick look at the posts and postsmeta didn’t show up the scripts. Is there a different table they are stored in?
During the tests, I didn’t have any security plugins (or any pluggins). Looks like v4.2.0 fixed it. No more issues and I’ve reactivated all my plugins too. Thanks!
Thanks! I can confirm it’s corrected..
Thanks. The solution was to disable, then remove UMP. Then install the new version. No data was lost and it works fine now!
Great! Really nice template overall.

In reply to: [WP BrowserUpdate] No messages for IENot sure what you’re looking at to make the determination – maybe the agent string?
Perhaps in your settings, have a button “Show current browser data” that would show items you’re looking at. I could run it on IE11 and send the info to you. Might be helpful in the future for other browsers too.
If it is the user agent string, here’s what I get for IE 11:
Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; WOW64; Trident/7.0; rv:11.0) like GeckoAnd for Edge:
Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/64.0.3282.140 Safari/537.36 Edge/17.17134
and for Chrome:
Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/73.0.3683.103 Safari/537.36

In reply to: [WP BrowserUpdate] No messages for IESorry, no change for me (no notifications in IE 11). Tried WP BrowserUpdate settings for Edge/IE as “under or equal to 18” and the option “Every outdated version”. Link on first post above is still a good test. I have left the setting set to “Every outdated version”. IE version is 11.706.17134.0, (c) 2015, running on Windows 10. Let me know if you need any more info.

In reply to: [WP BrowserUpdate] No messages for IESo far no resolution. Other plugins I’ve tried are even less aware of current browsers.
JoomSky – are you responding to my css issue, or samellos’s unrelated off topic issue?
(It’s annoying when people hijack a thread with unrelated issues – they should just create a new thread).

In reply to: [Airi] Three bar menu selection not workingTried that, but no change (and did a refresh too). Next I changed themes, removed Airi, reinstalled Airi and it works! Not sure what went wrong as I didn’t edit any Airi files or change any plugins between not working and working. Hopefully this trick might help someone else if they have the same issue. Thanks for slick template!
