after further investigation, it seems something has locked the inc and languages folders. I even logged in through the site’s host file manager and it says no users have permissions to those 2 folders and they are locked.. they show being edited 12/14 at 8:37am, the rest have the date the plugin was installed 6/11/2015.
interesting that the date syntax is different for those 2 folders..

Any clue what could have caused this ?

I reset the api key and secret and the access token and secret and still get this when I checked debug..
For some reason it says bad authentication data enven though I literally just reset it..
