unable to authorize twitter acct

    I’m having the same problem.

    I followed all the steps correctly and successfully authorized a different Twitter plugin.

    I would like to use this plugin as the developer has this app pre-styled.

    I just got it to work.

    You need to put your url in the callback URL field like this:
    http://yourSiteName.com

    my url is listed like that..

    I reset the api key and secret and the access token and secret and still get this when I checked debug..
    For some reason it says bad authentication data enven though I literally just reset it..

    RSTW Debug info enabled
    RSTW Retrieving API rate limit
    RSTW Fetching 20 items from Twitter
    RSTW Invalid data: wait 5 minutes before trying again
    RSTW Twitter API error [215] Bad Authentication data.
    RSTW Twitter username: @chumcraig
    RSTW Twitter data is empty, retrieving Safe Cache
    RSTW Safe Cache is also empty
    Unable to get tweets

    what am I doing wrong ??

    Just did what Josh Zandman suggested, but I also checked “Enable Callback Locking”. It didn’t authorize until I unchecked that.

    I did what Josh said and it still won’t work – still saying it cannot recognise response from Twitter???? :-/ Help please
