This could be caused by a conflict. Could you, please, try with a default wp theme and all plugins disabled but woocommerce and badge management?

Check if the issue persists, if not, enable the plugins back one by one to check if any of them is creating the conflict.

Unfortunately, to open a ticket, you must have an active license in your site, which can be obtained only by purchasing the plugin in our site. As that is a functionality of the premium version of the plugins, it will be difficult to know what causes the issue without being able to access your site.

Anyway, I suggest you to make a test to search for conflicts, disabling any other plugins and activating a wp default theme, then trying to replicate the issue.

From support we could check the issue in more detail, and there are some things we could try. However, being honest with you, the ammount of products and variations you have in your site will probably be the cause of the slow loading, and there won’t be much we could do about that.

It should work fine on mobile, however I can’t tell you exactly how it would be with the cache plugin you are using. The shortcode must be used to print in a product that are set to have add-ons, you can check it here in the documentation https://docs.yithemes.com/yith-woocommerce-product-add-ons-1x/shortcode/
So, unfortunately, it won’t work independently.
