• Hi, after talking with your sales agent, we have setup our attribute filtering. This attribute is only applied to some products in a category.

The filter si correctly shown in the sidebar as “material de las botellas” when the category is shown, but when filtering, the same products apear, as no filter is applied.

This happens when visiting the product category (domain.com/categoria-producto/alimentacion/). When applying the filter, the URL transforms to domain.com/categoria-producto/alimentacion/?yith_wcan=1&filter_material-botellas=acero&query_type_material-botellas=and but nothing is filtered… The same products appear and they have different attribute terms.

    Configuration is here: https://prnt.sc/yAFZOuMExLkz

We have tested with OR and AND but nothing changes…

Any ideas on what is happening or what we are doing wrong?

    Thank you.

    Hello there!
    I hope you are well!

Is it possible that you are adding different filter presets to the same page?
In that case I suggest you to only use one preset per page (including all the filters) as it could cause troubles when more than one is applied.

Please, try it and let us know!

Hello @vanesarodriguez, just tried with only one preset and the same error happens, it’s like the filter is not applied as the products doesn’t change at all.

    Thank you.

    Hi there,

Since you’re using Elementor to change the layout of the category pages, I suggest you check that you’re using the default WooCommerce Products widget, and also check that the Source option in the widget settings is set to Current query.

This way, we can be sure the products displayed are filtered using the built-in WooCommerce filters.

    We’ll remain at your disposal.

    Hello @aranofacundo.

We are using the Elementor Loop Grid widget with query as Current Query. And in layout we are using Products as template type… Nothing fancy. And with this config it does not work.

Selecting query as Latest products does solve the issue, but it doesn’t make sense.

The same happens with the WooCommerce Products widget, if we use it and select query as Current Query, it doesn’t work, but if we select it as Latest products, it works.

Can you please check this on your side?

    Thank you.

    Hi there,

About the Loop Grid widget from Elementor, this doesn’t support the default layered navigation of WooCommerce, which is also used by our plugin and will cause the issues you mentioned.

This is why it’s recommended to use the WooCommerce Products widget instead, since it supports the built-in filters of WooCommerce and our plugin.

I couldn’t replicate the issue in the page you mentioned, so if you still have issues, I suggest you disable all the plugins except for WooCommerce and our plugin and then check if it’s solved.

If so, you can then enable the plugins again, one by one, until you find the one causing the issue.

Let us know if this helped you.
