This is problem in plugin ACF QuickEdit Fields. It delete any custom columns content. Not only from WP Multilang.Maybe I will add it in next version. Thank You for your question.
Can any another plugin make conflict?
Try resave taxonomy.
WordPress displays a content that is currently being edited in a post when viewed preview. This is a WordPress feature. I can`t change it.

wpDiscuz use custom tables? WP Multilang works only with default WP tables, because it do not known about another tables.
And code for using custom tables is only in wpDiscuz.
You need find filters or actions (if it exist) in wpDiscuz and write your own code for control data in custom tables.Add needed options to config file. If need change another content, find filters in this plugin for change or translate content.
