I’ve found a way that I think can provide some turnaround for this issue.
Display widgets only shows the categories related to the language that was on when the plugin was activated.
So, when switching language, deactivating and activating the plugin brings the current language categories…
Not very practical to be activating and deactivating the plugin for every language, but can be handy when confronted to this problem (bug?).
I found where the problem came from.
Just in case someone has the same problem:
I added the selectToAutocomplete and it has a serialize alert added in the example code, that I missed to comment.
