Yes, Email Subscribers plugin lets you create different post notifications targeting multiple lists for certain categories.

Could you let us know how would you like to have this feature and for what kind of emails would you want this feature? Currently, we let users send broadcast, post notifications, post digests and autoresponders and users have full control of those emails.

Yes, you can create and schedule Post Digests so that subscribers get a digest of posts published in a specific period.

Yes, double opt-in is selected by default and you can switch to single opt-in if you wish.

User satisfaction is always a number one priority for us and we are constantly striving to improve our products to provide the best customer experience possible. We requested your feedback and asked whether you are experiencing any issues with the plugin for several times (four times more precisely) for which we were told that the plugin is working, but you need the refund as you were simply looking for something else.
I just cancel my subscription. Would you please refund my money back.
Simply I was looking for something else.
After several iterations, we couldn’t get a valid reason to refund the payment, but we still offered our help to resolve any issues or queries you may have so that we can provide a resolution.
As per our refund policy for the paid versions of the plugin, we are still willing to help you and provide the refund if the plugin is broken or if we fail to keep any of our promises.
We’ll be looking forward to helping you.

We had a look at the Rainmaker form and we see that the button is showing fine. If it is not showing well on some screens, please copy the following code and paste it inside the Custom CSS box under your theme settings (Appearance > Customize > Custom CSS):

Email Subscribers’ “subscriber” role is independent to WordPress and WooCommerce roles. However, you can sync contacts from WooCommerce orders and WordPress user registrations to ES Subscribers on every order/signup using Workflows.
To sync contacts from WooCommerce orders,
Please navigate to Email Subscribers > Workflows and click on Add New
Choose the trigger WooCommerce order created under Triggers and the action “Add to list” and select the list.Please take a look at this screenshot to get an idea.
