Hello Jackman,
The workflow created using the User Create trigger imports contacts from new user registrations.
If you want to have existing users from your WordPress’ native user database, you can export them to your local computer and import back to Email Subscribers under Email Subscribers > Audience > Import Contacts. Please take a look at the articles linked below and let us know if you need any additional help. We’ll be happy to assist you.

Hello Ester,
Thank you for contacting us.
You can export subscriber data under Email Subscribers > Audiences and copy the email template codes from the text editors under Email Subscribers > Campaigns > Manage Templates.
Currently, it is not possible to export settings/configuration. However, configuring our plugin doesn’t take much time.
Could you let us know the purpose of exporting settings and how do you want that? We will see what we can do.
Hello Priya,
We are unable to find any subscription form on your website. Could you let us know how are you capturing or collecting email addresses?
If you haven’t added a subscription form anywhere already, we recommend to add the form using any of the following methods:
Method #1:
You can find the subscription form widget under Appearance > Widgets and simply add it to any widget area.
Method #2:
You can edit an existing form or create a new one under Email Subscribers > Forms and use the given shortcode to show the subscription form anywhere on your website. Please take a look at this article for directions.
Method #3:
You can integrate Email Subscribers’ form with on-site notifications created using our other top-rated plugin Icegram. The plugin helps you run campaigns by displaying notifications on your website in the form of popups, header bars and messengers. These notifications come with an email field to capture email addresses which can be integrated with our Email Subscribers plugin.
A detailed list of features is available on our website and you can even check our demos.
Should you have any further queries, please do not hesitate to get back to us. We’ll be happy to help.
Hello Gerard,
Thank you for contacting us.
Post notifications grab images from featured image. Can you please make sure the images in posts are uploaded as featured images and not inline images?

Please contact us here if you need any further assistance. We’ll happy to help you.Hello,
I’m sorry! I forgot to add that the triggers required for form integration are available with subscription plans starting from Email Subscribers Starter.
Please take a look at our plugin description to learn about various features we offer and let us know if you need any help configuring Workflows to integrate WP Forms. We’ll be happy to help.
Hello,
Thank you for contacting Icegram Customer Care.
We already support WP Forms. You simply have to create a Workflow as instructed in the article and contacts will automatically be synced to Email Subscribers on every form submission using WP Forms.
It is a two step process and you don’t need any additional settings. After you create the Workflow, you can use the WP Forms’ form, however you want and the basic contact details on every form submission will automatically be imported to Email Subscribers.Should you have any further queries, please do not hesitate to get back to us.
Hello Ganesan,
We’re sorry to hear that.
Can you please send us a screen of the template and share the raw code of the template in a text file? We’ll see what is going on.
Hello @samarium,
We would like to inform that we do have measures for spam registrations/subscriptions in the Email Subscribers’ free version. In the free version, we do honeypot checking and also provide an option to block domains from which you don’t want to allow subscriptions.
The above mentioned features provide essential immunity from spam in the free version, but for users who expect more security, we provide the captcha and auto-blocking systems as additional choices in the premium versions.
We would also like to clarify that we aren’t forcing people to upgrade to paid plans. We just want to provide more choices to choose from in premium versions and make the free version, simple and flexible which anyone can install and get started with.
Can you please reply to us with your email id or the titles of emails you sent to us as requested earlier? We’ll be happy to help.
We tried to find an account related to your user name and the posts, but we are unable to find anything. We’ll help you with your query or process the refund after reviewing your account.

Hello,
We’re sorry for the delay in providing a final resolution.
User satisfaction is always a number one priority for us and we are constantly striving to improve our products to provide the best customer experience possible.
Regarding the issue with email bouncing, as implied by your webhost’s staff, the issue is related to their email server and we’ll be happy to cooperate in switching the mailer to SMTP through email or a remote session.
Please note that, WordPress Forums’ guidelines do not permit us to speak about premium features or provide support for the same on the forums so we request you to continue communicating with us through email. We’ll be happy to help.
Hello,
I’m sorry that I didn’t make myself clear in my last message regarding the frequency of emails. We do not currently have a feature that allows subscribers to choose the frequency of emails.
