1. Try to switch to default theme and check if it repeats.
2. Try to deactivate all other plugins and check if it repeats.To prove easily, that it’s a php settings you can install fresh WP on same hosting (not network wordpress!) and this plugin and check if it repeats.
Also take a look into PHP error log for possible reasons. Ask your hoster where to get it.

There is redirect addon, that you can use to redirect user back to test, but it will be strange.
I think you should just find a sharing solution, that will share test’s URL even at passing page.

We the site collecting your personal data: ip, device, other.. By pressing “Next” in this test you are giving us your consent to store this data. If you don’t wanna your data to be stored, then you should not use this site”.
Anyway it’s a advocates work, not programmers.
@jugiii if this is something serious legal stuff, then it should be done not on level of this concrete plugin.
This should be done on provider’s level: it should just anonimize visitor’s IP-address, so it will be saved as not-actual.
When more paid customers will ask for such feature — I will think how to implement it.
Currently you does not provide any evidence about this legal acts.

I still believe that this is complete insane from legal EU deputies. What if site will be visited by for terrorists and then special service organization will ask site’s owner: “Dear mr. siteowner, can you provide US ip-addresses of bad guys?” And site-owner will respond: “Sorry, I can’t”. Then special service organization will decide, that site’s owner is just helping terrorists!
Are you seriously regarding this new legal EU policy?

It’s clearly written “setSource”, not “setsource”. Pls check your plugin’s sources. May be it was corrupted? Also I assume you have some overcustomized PHP version at your hosting. Which PHP version do you have there?
