Will the plugin do this particular results calculation?

I’m working on a personality archetype quiz. There are 12 archetypes so twelve possible results. Preferably one primary and one secondary.

There are 8 questions for each of the personality types. Quiz takers answer with: 1=Stongly Disagree, 2=Disagree, 3=Neutral, 4=Agree, 5=Strongly Agree

For results, you tally up the answered numbers for each archetype group to get a total. Whichever has the highest number is the personality. Second highest the secondary personality and so on.

Will the plugin do this? and if so can you point me in the correct direction for the equation?
