Not a problem. We’re sending you a refund.
Please check your gmail inbox quota so you can see the refund when it arrives.
Here’s the message:

Hi @elizxer
Don’t be offended if we mark tickets as “Resolved” here on WordPress.org. It just means “We got your email and we’ll provide support that way”.
It’s difficult for our team to provide support here, so we ask everyone to email us: help@upstreamplugin.com.

In reply to: [UpStream: a Project Management Plugin for WordPress] Uninstall upstreamHi @mortenosx
Inside UpStream’s “General Settings” you’ll find an option, “Remove all data on uninstall?”
Can you try checking that box and then uninstalling?
Hi @compusolver. Following on from the last message, please try uninstalling or disabling the Project Manager plugin.
Did that fix the problem with UpStream?
Hi @compusolver
Thanks for the feedback.
The hosting details are very helpful (the 2-star review is less helpful, especially without contacting us first about the issue).
We did get your email – thanks for that. We’ll reply via our help desk, and when we find the solution, we’ll post back here for other users to find.
I can say that we 100% don’t recommend installing Project Manager and UpStream on the same site.
We started with a demo of UpStream with sample data. We then installed Project Manager on the same site. Immediately, all UpStream data was taken over by the new plugin, only in a corrupted form. Neither plugin worked correctly. Project Manager started throwing errors all over the page. It’s not the fault of either plugin – they are just incompatible.

In reply to: [UpStream: a Project Management Plugin for WordPress] WordPress User RoleHi @elizxer
That sounds like the way UpStream used to handle users. In previous versions, they needed a different username and password.
However, that was fixed in version 1.11.0:
https://upstreamplugin.com/client-users-now-wordpress-users/UpStream users are just normal WordPress users now.
Hi @compusolver
Like @elizxer, we’re disappointed you left a negative review so quickly.
I can 99.99% guarantee that the problem is not UpStream. The problem is your hosting.
Most likely your PHP version is too low.
Please check that your hosting meets the minimum requirements: https://upstreamplugin.com/docs/technical-requirements/
If you need help getting your site running, email us via help@upstreamplugin.com.

Hi @csandreas1
The thinking is that clients can submit bugs that they find, and participate in discussions around the project.
It is possible to customize UpStream permissions, however we’ll look into adding more permissions for viewing discussions and bugs:

Thanks for the kind words.
If possible, could you email help@upstreamplugin.com? That will be the fastest way to talk with our team and solve this.
Our first question will be … is this problem in the admin or the front end?
