Thanks so much for using UpStream and for taking the time to leave a review @luckydogmedia
Thanks @wireb
Often the critical reviews are the most helpful. We’re in the process of making some changes, based on the feedback here.
Hi @wireb
Generally we do ask for emailed questions, please (it’s hard to provide support here on WordPress.org) https://wordpress.org/support/topic/please-do-not-ask-for-support-on-this-forum/
I think you’re talking about the “Owner” role for Projects? That is the “Project Owner” role that is famous in project management: https://upstreamplugin.com/difference-project-owner-project-manager/
But, yes – I can see it might be useful to add more project owners. We’ll get that done.
Thanks @wireb. That’s very helpful feedback. It might even be better off just putting the “Settings” tab under the “Projects” link.
Hi @wireb
That’s interesting.
I think there’s a very good chance that the issues you’re seeing are because of a plugin conflict. That’s very possible if you have more than one project management plugin installed.
WordPress.org isn’t a great place for this bugshooting and getting you to improve your review π
Could you email help@upstreamplugin.com with more details, please?
Sure thing.
We’d like to encourage you to use UpStream.
If you can help us fix #2, we’d love to see a screenshot, please.
Thanks @wireb
1. Yes, that’s true. Our feeling is that’s the normal WordPress way … WooCommerce, Easy Digital Downloads, bbPress … all the big plugins start you in the admin area.
2. Sorry, that’s not a bug we’re able to recreate. Do you have a screenshot?
Guess what? It turns out we have already have fix for this.
Another user reported a similar issue and we solved it for them. The fix is getting an official release on Monday morning.
Please do the right thing and get in touch: help@upstreamplugin.com
@ziky Please, please, please do not leave a review like this.

Weβll find whatβs going on with your site.
@wireb We’re trying to make sense of your feedback, but need more information, please.
1. Could you explain this point more? It’s hard to understand
2. It should be impossible to create a project without a title. If you try, you’ll see the message: “Please fill out this field” for the title.Hi @wireb.
Sorry, I don’t understand this feedback.
Could you email help@upstreamplugin.com with more details, please?
Got it, thanks @canadabri. We’ll get our team to take a look for you.
