Of course – remove all UpiCRM database tables…

I would try to uninstall , remove all database tables manually, and install again.
Can you try that, do you database access?

Thanks for the detailed information.
I’m thinking primarily about this:
“changes saved successfully”, but the entry does not appear in the UpiSlave table”This must be saved so that the verification should work.
I would try disabling all plugins, try again, and make sure the parameters are saved.
Can you please give it a try?

Why not using the default lead aggregation mechanism? It’s working ? It’s working very good.If you still want to use web service please contact us at our website and I’ll send you an extension we’re using.

two things to check:
1. are you hitting “save” on the right button? please share screen capture.
2. collision with “other” plugins” – please turn off all “other” plugins, try again and let us know.Uri

you can add remark on the lead management screen – then be sure to click on the save icon (little floppy disk icon) on order to save your comments.HI
can you please turn off all “other” plugins, and then try to activate only UPICRM ?

you have a dropdown menu just above the table with the label “Choose Fields to display:”you can choose your additional fields using this menu.

I hope it helps.about adding entries – we simply suggest to build a data entry form on a page of the site (password protected..) so you can use it to add entries to UpiCRM (a bit crude – but works efficiently….)

for external DB’s , we recommend using the 2 step web service.
