you need to set the time scope to include all leads, not just last 7 days (default)

simplest solution – set auto lead management rule to is lead_id is greater than 0, set lead status to your chosen value.please try and let us know is this works for you.

You can add the “actions” column in the lead management table, and then press the edit bottom (icon of a floppy disk)

I’ve looked into this plugin
looks like the the tracking info is “only” sent in the message email, so not in the Database… no access for Upi here…

On rare occasions we see this error when installation is incomplete. Usually after Re install or depletion and installation again it disappear
