we have this bug on rare occasions when there a collision with “another” plugin .can you please try and repeat the process when all other plugins are deactivated ?

We had this issue on another server… so we believe it’s our bug (sorry about that…)In order to get to the bottom of the issue, our programmers are currently working on this task.

I guess the proper user experience solution for this request would be to add checkbox with an option to select/de-select email alerting to new leads , leads update, status changes and “assign to” changes, but regretfully that’s now how it works now.
(we can offer this upgrade as a service – if you’re interested – please contact us on our web site)I can offer a workaround – simple use the “Don’t send any email alerts” before you start your update session, and be sure to update it when you finish.

I agree with you.
we currently have in beta a Google drive integration solution – so we can export leads from facebook to google drive and then pull it into a UPI installation.the direct integration with FB seem like a challenge, looks like you need a dedicated server witha fixed IP to approve as an app with FB before you can really connect.
If you have recommendations / suggestion as to how to integrate UPI wit FB – I’d love to hear it.

sorry, but this is not yet implemented.
it will need to be done using the auto lead management – like “if Lead_status changed to “status” then –> send email template to “E-mail” .sorry about that, we can offer this fix for you, please contact us on our web site if you wish to follow this through.

we have encountered this issue… sorry, looks like a bug that we still haven’t resolved.With another user- we have implemented a workaround – please try:
1.on the slave site – define a rule – “if form name contains [name] – then change content of “received from” to [name]
2. on the master site – you’ll have the “received from” content representing the form name.
please try and let us know how it worked.

when you assign a lead to a UpiUser, by default – an email notification is sent to the user.
Note – smtp setting are different in every hosting server… you need to test with the SMTP solution you’re using to see if and what emails are being sent.Also – on the Actions column there is the option to notify/request status update from the user the lead is assigned to, it’s the litle question mark “?” in black.
make sure the “actions” column appears on you leads table (choose it form the “choose fields to to display” drop down list.)if you share more information we’ll be happy to assist.
