sorry, but this is not yet implemented.
it will need to be done using the auto lead management – like “if Lead_status changed to “status” then –> send email template to “E-mail” .

This feature WAS implemented… now available
Install current version of UPI
See emails section menu – down below – create custom mail template and use the auto lead managment section to create a rule to send the template to the user’s email field

I know the function of custom email templates and also the auto lead management feature, but even I am using the very last version (2.2.5.6) I cannot find where to set the rule of “if Lead_status changed to ‘status’ then”…
In the IF section I can only see the custom form variables (and some other default ones), but nothing like ‘lead_status’ or something similar… The same with following select box. I can see there only the options like ‘contains, eqauls, smaller than, …’, but nothing like ‘changed to’… What am I doing wrong? 🙂
And btw those Auto lead managment rules are triggered also when the leads statues are updated? I was thinking it happens only when the leads are newly created.

I just checked the link. It is not working. We are looking for a way to send specific template e-mails based on a workflow set over status changing. Right now, e-mail templates are being sent just based on what people fill on a form.
