we’ve thought about it and didn’t really come up with a decent solution.
thing is – if a user added a field, populated it with data, and then deleted the field – all data is lost.we though it better to leave it there rather then loose data by mistake.
any other logical solution will be considered…

Hi there… yes.. you need to activate site by site.
the API key is actually created based on master site URL AND slave site URL.so – one server collecting leads from 3 sites – you’ll need 3 API keys… (for free no worries…)

Indeed the UI should be improved, and thanks for the comment.the good news we’ll be doiing just just in a coupe of weeks, since a corporate customer has requested this improvement.
Can I ask you to send more information about what you think it should be like? the more feedback / requests you send – the more we’ll be able in integrate into the new version in a couple of weeks.

we have a new version that should solve the CSS issues.Also – 🙂 🙂 🙂 – import from Excel file.
please drop us a quick contact email form our site and we’ll send you the new version, or you can wait a day or two and get it by updating your plugin.

sorry about that.
The way to solve this – 2 options:
1. Create a new field by the name you need and map your current field to it.
2. go to “show leads” table, just above it you have a link : “reset all” – this will reset all configuration from UpiCRM.please let us know if it worked…!!

First – the CSS / Themes issues – we’ve taken this issue to our consideration, we’ll be releasing a much much “cleaner” version soon… in a matter of couple of days… just wait, I hope it will solve 99.99% of these issues.
About the import – the current feature of “import” is to import all data from Contact form 7 / Gravity forms data bases… and regretfully – not yet form an excel file.
Good news – we have the requirement on our roadmap and I hope to release the import from excel feature in a couple of weeks.

it’s true we have CSS issues, it’s reported on the support discussion.
Support – we’re not really offering support, we do offer paid services, and you may indeed choose not to pay, as we’re indeed providing it for free.
Sorry if an email has slipped, we ARE doing our best.A major upgrade is coming, after which we’ll be able to upgrade out support level.
