Hi there… don’t give up.
I had these issues… what I do is – I use “Easy WP SMTP” plugin .
I use this plugin to send mail from a new Gmail account (server.leads@gmail.com) and then I have the sent items folder that allows me to check / monitor / debug the out going emails.can you try this and let us know ?

sorry about that… there’s no “General Settings” tab, what you currently see is exactly what we have.

Hi Martin,
currently export to Excel exports ALL data, regardless of the current view … you can then filter and delete records from the file.Is that good enough… will you manage with that ?

Our solution does exactly what you request… !
(I don’t know this person… 🙂 )UpiCRM maps contact form 7 fields (as well as Gravity forms, Ninja forms, and from a couple of hours from now – Caldera forms) and stores all forms entries in a single unified manageable table.
when all is centrally stored – you can manage status, assign to team members, analyse traffic source, add comments, export to Excel and more.
on our web site – lower part of the home page- we’ve added a short video presentation – please have a look at

we’ll release a new version with improved UI and dashboard for the users.
I wanted to recommend using this plugin: “Redirect After Login” .What it does – you can redirect UpiCRM users that are WordPress subscribers to the dashboard url –
http://www.SITE.com/wp-admin/admin.php?page=upicrm_indexand provide users with an easy start.
Seem like integrating into the WordPress dashboard is a hard work, and you can’t really tell what other plugins are installed… so we’ll use this solution for the time being.thanks

we’ve had some issue with the default send mail function of wordpress.
I suggest you try working with gmail as your gateway… try plugin:
https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-mail-smtp/
no wonder they have 400,000 installs.
just open a new gmail account , and once it’s working – check the sent items folder on the new gmail account… 🙂can you try and tell us if it worked ?
I would guess there might be some error with the contact form, can you send some more info – screen captures etc, or even send us login information so we can check it on your server?
