we have released V2.1.1.1 – explicitly disabling all “other” collisions on Upi pages, hope it solves it.

Hi,
We’ll need more information in order to solved this.
Can we have a copy / backup / dev server to test with ?

I once asked for access to the server and was justifiably warned that it’s not allowed – so asking for a staging environment to test the issue with.

It may be caused by your server that limits number of email sent from the site.
I’m using “easy wp smtp” in order to send from another “formal” mail account:
https://wordpress.org/plugins/easy-wp-smtp/

Hi ,
The loading issue is usually caused by plugins collisions
Can you try to disable them one by one while checking the loading again and again?
and let us know which one cause the issue?
We’re also trying to figure out a way to disable all “other” plugins scripts on Upi pages… if anyone has an idea – please let us know…

Hi,
I thought I might be able to offer a temporary solution :

create an admin user, with logic (Auto lead management) rule to assign leads to the actual user you’re using , only if fields contain some value.
This way you have a clear dashboard containing only “live” form feeds.

Will it work ?

actually -the wordpress “Users / subscribers management” part we leave to other plugins..
I have worked with one called “s2members”… please see if that’s what you mean.. if so – I know we work with this one…

this can actually be achieved with UpiCRM.
You can add WordPress users as subscribers. Grant them UpiUser access level. Set the hierarchy off your account managers as reporting to you under the”Users management” sectio.… and then you can either manually assign leads to your account managers or you can set rules to automatically assign leads to your team.

Every user living into the WordPress Upi dashboard will only see leads according to the hierarchy you set…

Not that I asked for this question… This exactly what Upi does.
Can I provide more assitnace is confuguration please let us know.

Currently – we’re pretty much “holistic”… mapping all forms and fields.
If I understand you correctly – your talking about the option to choose only specific forms to be imported into UPI ?
