The only response I seen WordPress flagged and removed his post. I am about to give up on this plugin. To many issues and not consistent for a simple rss aggregator. Auto pull never worked. Thumbnails suck. If you want to manually pull links that’s about all it’s good for.

You have to play around with it. Each RSS feed has different attributes. Such as some have thumbnails some do not. I found adjusting the two options for I mentioned before to be the best troubleshooting options. Have you increased the number of articles your asking it to pull? Also make sure video pull on the bottom is unmarked. The author of this plugin will tell you to leave all options default but that does not always work for me.
Adjust your first post image and thumbnail genaration options. Try do not insert and do not generate. Keep as many options as you can to default. Also look at undefined category option.
It depends on what your trying to associate your image with. IE: Twitters would use what they call twitter cards. I use JM Twitter card for that which I can choose a default image.
For content other than that such as your blogs post they are called content cards. Such as jet pack, Seo Yost plugins. Lastly a more straight forward approach with default image option content card plugin. Links for all options below. Hope it helps.

Figured out why some feeds pull 0 posts.
Post thumbnail option needs to be set to: Generate from first post image.
I as well still cannot get the plugin to auto pull.

So no answer to my question I take it. Thanks for nothing. I’ll just take hours searching for another plugin that suits my site, setting it up, adjusting it etc etc. I am not stupid enough to give someone my admin credentials. Thanks a lot.
