Hi Daniele,
In your first message you said “I use Divi on many websites, and the Divi builder uses XMLRPC, so I canβt disable it completely. There are also many plugins using this functionality.”
So i use Divi too. I just disabled XMLRPC completely and went back into Divi Builder + my site and everything seems to still work. Have you found parts of Divi to not work after disabling XMLRPC?
Thanks for the reply and links.
So even with like 290 security score from your plugin + Cloudflare my site still got hacked yesterday and they added redirects to ad sites π I can’t even login to dashboard.
All look to be Javascript malware https://sitecheck.sucuri.net/results/accessibletravelclub.com
How would i know if a plugin uses xmlrpc.php?
Thanks for the reply. I don’t ever either of those 2 options checked. I also don’t know much about them. Will checking ‘Completely Block Access To XMLRPC’ not cause the loss of functionality for some plugins etc?
Thanks so very much… really appreciate it π Wonderful plugin.
Thanks so much for sorting it out π
I’ve tried my page https://www.howto-ido.com/test9/ on https://responsivedesignchecker.com/ and the slider is not responsive on smaller devices…?

In reply to: [Search & Filter] Results not working & no obvious way to contactMy searches were specifically location based (as each post i added a location tag to) so i ended up using https://wordpress.org/plugins/geo-my-wp/ which i’ve got live on this page https://www.howto-ido.com/find-by-location/ (plugin on this page is search bar, map, and results but you can only use search bar. Also, plugin search bar allows you to add drop-downs for Tags as well). But if you don’t need locations/maps, this may not work for you.
I also use https://wordpress.org/plugins/relevanssi/ in the top right of my site for general search (it replaces the default WP search) as the default WordPress search is rubbish. It doesn’t have frontend options unfortunately but its backend options are amazing.
I’ve tried
ACF: Better Search,
Ajax Search Lite,
RS Advanced Search (potential but not updated),
Search-into-subcategories,
SearchWP Live Ajax Search,
WP Custom Fields Search (looks good),
…. perhaps one of these may help you.Forum: Plugins
In reply to: [GEO my WP] Default Templates stopped workingNever mind π I fixed it.
It was an SSL issue preventing my site (https) pulling the style sheets from the plugin (http)

In reply to: [GEO my WP] Custom template helpNever mind, I figured it out.
For future reference, an easy way to make a new template which I did…
1. Download a plugin called Yellow Pencil (visual editor).
2. In Geo My WP chose a template that’s closest to what you want.
3. Edit the page where the template results are shown using Yellow Pencil.
4. Once you’ve got the desired look, on top left of Yellow Pencil is a section showing all the CSS that’s been added by you moving everything around. Copy ALL that CSS.
5. You can either leave it like that by saving in Yellow Pencil OR now create a new template.

6. To create new template, download the Geo My WP template you used in step 2 using FTP.
7. Change the name of the folder (ie: my-template)
8. Open the CSS file (not the PHP file) in that template’s folder using whichever editor you use.
9. Paste the CSS from step 4 to the end of the file and save the file.
10.Upload your new folder to the same directory you downloaded it from.
11.Go into Geo My WP settings and change the template you’re using to the new my-template one.
12.That’s it, should work.Forum: Plugins
