I am sure that the source of the problem is the server, but I do not know what to write hosting company. I have 3 web sites built on the wordpress 2.8. One works perfectly and the other 2 have errors. Sites that contain errors use the same server. What to do?

Now, when an update plugin, I appear error “An Unexpected HTTP Error occurred during the API request.” Do not go any automatic updating. I tried everything, including a new update to WordPress 2.7. When you are logged seems to work normally, but when you are not logged in and write a review as a normal user like I did not installed in blog AEC plugin.
I tested version WP Ajax Edit Comments 2.2.1.1, but still not resolved the problem. Part of administration seems to go, but users can not edit comments. I hope to solve the problem because it is a useful plugin.
