Anyways, Matt, your suggestion worked. (!!!) I hate that I didn’t think of that method, but really glad it turned out to be a simple fix.
Going to be purchasing the Plus package soon so we can get going with this…really appreciate y’all’s help!

Unfortunately I am working with a live site that doesn’t have a staging site, so I don’t feel comfortable disabling plugins/themes that are kind of core to our site’s functions. I guess I’ll just try the plugin again in the future to see if it’s working correctly, or just enter a time and subtract 7 hours so it pops back in to the correct time to compensate for this bug.
