Also nested lists in comments uses p tags instead of li tag, is that intentional?

when you figure out which plugin causes it, you will have to choose between the plugin or the theme, unless its a very popular plugin and then i will see whats up between those two.use Firefox just to safe.

I am the developer, he is using a pro/paid version.

Please post the screenshot of the widgets page or else its simply your claim that there is some problem.
