Hi there @fabee1020,
We haven’t heard back from you in a while, so I’m going to mark this as resolved – we’ll be here if and/or when you are ready to continue.
Hi there @morriemeritco,
Can you please let us know if the issue has been resolved after updating your MailPoet plugin to the latest version?
Hi there @rolandjosuran,
Since we asked you to contact us via a different support channel, I’m going to mark this as resolved.
Enjoy the rest of your day and stay safe!
Hi there @inworship,
Can you please try this one? I tested it on your site and it works:
@media (max-width: 500px) {
#mp_form_popup3 {
width: 90% !important;
min-width: 91% !important;
}
}It should go to the Additional CSS of your site.
Let us know how it goes!
Hi there @claudeg,
Thanks for reaching out!
I see that your cron URL returns “pong” as it should be: https://aab-qc.ca/?mailpoet_router&endpoint=cron_daemon&action=ping
Are you still seeing the same error on your end?
If yes, can you please share a screenshot?
Cheers!
Hi there @mohsinworld,
This is weird indeed! Can you please check if the same issue occurs with the default Twenty Twenty theme? It looks like a code conflict to me: https://kb.mailpoet.com/article/204-how-to-test-for-plugins-conflict
Let me know how it goes!

In reply to: [MailPoet - Newsletters, Email Marketing, and Automation] MailPoet 4.0Hi there @jsm06278,
Thanks for reaching out!
This sounds weird indeed since both updates are released at the same time so it could be some delay on your site indeed.
In such cases, you can go to WP Admin > Updates and click the Check again button under WordPress Updates. This should bring them over immediately.
Cheers!
Hi there @babiskalogirou and @toystlkr,
Indeed, I was able to replicate the same issue on my test site on pages where products are added via a shortcode. Thank you for letting us know about it!
I reported it to our developers and they will look into including a fix in one of the next releases.
Please let me know if you have further questions!
Hi there @ibkarpowski,
Thanks for reaching out!
MailPoet does not directly support qTranslate, WPML or Polylang.
This said you can still use MailPoet with these plugins, however, you need to have separate lists, separate post categories, and separate posts for each language, not the ones set up with Polylang.
You’re welcome to vote this feature request up so our product team see demand for this: https://mailpoet.canny.io/integrations/p/integration-with-polylang-multiple-languages
Cheers!
Hi there Ambi,
Thanks for getting back to us!
I didn’t spot anything wrong with your cron jobs.
If you can’t send confirmation emails as well, I assume that it could be an error with your sending method.
Did I get it right that you’re using your hots or a third-party sending method? If so, can you please go to MailPoet > Settings > Send With… > Other > send a test email with the Test the sending method setting?
Let us know how it goes!
Hi there @entrepriseheureuse,
Thanks for reaching out!
Can you please ensure you’re using the latest version of MailPoet?
We had an issue with Post Notification emails introduced 3.99 but it’s been fixed already.
The latest version now is 4.1.0.
Are you still experiencing this issue?
Hi there @nicallen,
Thanks for reaching out!
Did I get it right that each post on your site has a subscription form and you’d like to include the post’s title in the email sent from the corresponding form?
This is not possible with MailPoet, I’m afraid.
If you mean a contact form, not a subscription form, it’s also not possible either since MailPoet doesn’t make any changes to emails sent from your contact form.
Please do let me know if I understood your request correctly!
Hi there @reeper6868,
Thanks for getting back to us!
Can you please let us know if you receive this error during some specific actions such as sending a newsletter? If so, how many subscribers are you sending to?
Looking forward to hearing back from you!
Hi there @agent8,
I apologize for the late reply!
Can you please check if you do have a subscriber with the email address you want to have in Trash? Note that you need to search in Trash specifically. That would explain why it wouldn’t update.
If so, you might need to delete it permanently.
Cheers!
