    Hello all,

I installed mailpoet a few days ago without any configuration. All options are disabled, so it is not possible to subscribe.

After each order I get new subscribers (subscribed and unconfirmed).

How can this be that I have confirmed subscribers without any configuration?

    Hi @fabee1020,

As I understand, you’re referring to new customers being added to the WooCommerce Customers list as subscribers, but with the status of “Unconfirmed”. Is that correct?

If that’s the case, it’s expected that all of these customers will be automatically added to this list, even if you didn’t enable any settings in the plugin.

You can read more about it here: The WooCommerce Customers list

I hope this clarifies the situation!

    Hi Bruna,

No that’s no correct. I’m referring to new customers being added to the newsletter mailing list with the status “subscribed” without actually subscribed.
